Never experienced this issue on any app, especially a financial app.
First horizon password#
How can your app not handle a password update? Come on, that’s embarrassing. This is a pretty crummy experience to have such latency and inconsistency on your security features between the app and website. I had to do a delete the app entirely off my phone, re-download it and only then would my updated password work. I went to the website and was able to log in with both my old and new password (not good!)… After a few minutes, only the new password would work on the website thankfully, but the app never allowed me back in. Well, last night I did just that and the app would not let me sign back in with my new password.
